We have superb reputation with tenants for one reason – we are fully transparent with how we work. There are no hidden costs and we DO NOT ask for any payment when signing a lease or inventories. When you agree to move in we ask for a deposit which secures the property. Your Deposit is then held with Safe Deposit Scotland as per legislation. The first months rent is paid on entry at that start of lease.

On entry to the property both Colcro and the tenant will agree on an inventory. At the end of the tenancy we act as an impartial third party between the landlord and tenant. On exiting the property we ask that the property is left in the same condition as originally let. This will help avoid professional cleaning bills and any repair or replacement charges.

We provide an 24 hour emergency contact number for your peace of mind and will ensure any maintenance or repair work needing done to the property is completed quickly to minimise the disruption to the tenant.
