We were tasked with creating an internal staircase leading up to a loft as the existing Ramsay Ladder was physically becoming difficult. Our client ordered a custom staircase from Italy. We cut a new entrance for the staircase in the loft floor coming down into the livingroom. The hole where the ladder had been was then infilled with walkable glass to allow for maximum light exposure into the kitchen area. The was a tricky project with some minor obstacles, but we found ways to overcome them and we’re thrilled with the result.
Our client wanted their existing 1980s sun room removed and replaced with a new conservatory with self-cleaning glass. We removed the old sun room and flatted the area to create new foundations for the conservatory. We plastered the interior of the new conservatory and supplied and fitted a new internal window from the houses outer wall. The self-cleaning glass means minimal effort needed in keep the conservatory clean and our clients are overjoyed with the end result.
