Domestic home repairs & rewires
Our expert team of electricians can advise on all domestic electrical issues. We can carry out fault finding to pin point what is causing any issues, and supply the necessary fixtures and fittings needed.If your property needs rewiring, we will work with you to ensure we minimise the disruption to your home or property. As part of the rewiring we will install a new fuse board with full RCD protection, and if needed we can upgrade all sockets, switches and lighting.We can also upgrade and install new fuse boards as a stand-alone project for those properties not needing rewired. All fuse boards are RCD protected and will meet current safety regulations.

Landlord & HMO

As Colcro also manages properties, we have a dedicated team of experts who can guide you through the process to ensure your property meets the required standard.

PAT Testing
Our team can provide PAT testing to landlords, letting agents and businesses who need to comply with the Health and Safety act 1974 or for anyone just wanting to check that their appliances are safe. Our fully trained electricians will complete the testing to the highest standard and we will leave you with a test sheet for your own records and label, date and sign all appliances tested.
